Engagements

Your pipeline isn't legible, and nobody can say what will actually close this quarter.

I rebuild pipeline, CRM and commercial execution — and leave behind AI agents that keep running after I go. Twenty years of complex B2B sales: ten at SAP, then Stripe and Botify.

Founders and CEOs call me in three situations

The pipeline lies

Forecasts don't hold, deals slip month after month, and the board finds out late. The problem is rarely effort. It's legibility.

The team has activity, not method

Plenty of motion, deals stalling at stage 3, a different story from every rep. What's missing is mechanics, not motivation.

The founder still carries the whole sales motion

Nothing is structured, so nothing can be delegated. Every deal escalates to the founder, and growth caps at their bandwidth.

Two ways to work together

Commercial diagnostic

€13,000 – 20,000

5 to 10 days

The real state of your commercial machine, in writing. I name the three to five bottlenecks that genuinely block revenue, and the plan to clear them.

  • Pipeline audit and forecast reliability
  • Interviews with the sales team
  • CRM, sales stages and cycle review
  • Written report and rebuild plan
  • Readout to the leadership team

Interim mandate

€1,600 – 2,000 / day

1 to 4 days a week, over 6 to 16 weeks

I take the commercial lead and execute. I don't advise from the sideline: I take live deals myself and hand everything over before I leave.

  • Hands-on commercial leadership
  • Rewritten sales narrative, sharpened ICP
  • Redefined CRM stages and forecasting
  • Weekly cockpit, one owner per action
  • AI agents installed and handed to a named internal owner

How an engagement runs

  1. 1

    Diagnose Weeks 1 to 2

Offer, pipeline, CRM, sales cycle, team rhythm, conversion metrics. I name the bottlenecks that genuinely block revenue.

  2. 2

    Rebuild Weeks 3 to 8

Sharpened ICP, rewritten narrative, redefined CRM stages, forecasting that holds up, a weekly cockpit with a decision log.

  3. 3

    Execute Throughout

I take live deals myself: account strategy, executive pitch, objection handling, close plan.

  4. 4

    AI layer In parallel

Agents deployed on account research, meeting prep, CRM hygiene, reporting and executive briefs.

  5. 5

    Hand over Final two weeks

Everything transfers to internal owners, documented, with no dependency on me.

Something I built recently

A build, not a client reference: Tadaame is my partner's firm. I show it because it demonstrates concretely what I install — not to claim third-party endorsement.

Tadaame

Brand strategy consultancy · Paris

Positioning and go-to-market, website rebuilt from scratch, and a signal engine that continuously feeds content pages targeted at what her buyers actually search for. It runs without me — exactly the layer I install on an engagement.

What I build

My own products, not client references. They show what I can put in place — not a commercial result achieved at someone else's company.

Live product

Revenue recovery for subscription teams: failed-payment follow-through, less involuntary churn.

Atlas Compliance

Concept

Compliance platform: obligations, deadlines and licences in one place.

Sales agents

In production

Account research, meeting prep, CRM hygiene, reporting, executive briefs. This is what I install on an engagement.

Who I'm not for

  • You need someone to run call volume or replace a rep. Different job.
  • The founder or CEO can't give the engagement three hours a week. It will fail. I learned that the hard way on a project where my partner wasn't engaged.
  • You want a report, not a change. A consulting firm will do that better and cheaper than me.
  • You don't have customers yet. Your problem is the product, not the selling.

Before writing to me, check for yourself

A fifteen-minute self-diagnosis grid on forecasting: five readings to dig out of your committee minutes, and a numeric decision rule. Fill it in alone, with no tool and without me. If it settles your problem on its own, all the better.

Questions I get asked

Why an interim lead rather than a hire?

Hiring a sales director takes three to six months and commits you for years. I start within a week, for a bounded period, and I leave when the machine runs. You hire afterwards — better, because the role is finally defined.

What does it actually cost?

The diagnostic: €13,000 to 20,000 for 5 to 10 days. The mandate: €1,600 to 2,000 a day, 1 to 4 days a week over 6 to 16 weeks — roughly €25,000 to 120,000 depending on the format. No retainer fee, no percentage of revenue.

You're based between France and Kenya. How does that work?

I work European hours and travel to France for the moments that deserve it: kickoff, board reviews, the customer meetings that matter. The rest is asynchronous — which forces documentation, and that is exactly what an interim engagement should leave behind.

What do I get at the end?

A legible pipeline, CRM stages that match your real cycle, a forecast that holds up, a weekly rhythm with one owner per action, and the AI agents in place, documented and handed to a named person on your side.

What if it doesn't work?

The diagnostic is bounded: ten days, one written deliverable. If it teaches you nothing, you stop there. That's the point — commit small before committing big.

What size of company do you work with?

Between €1M and €20M in revenue, with a sales team of 3 to 30. Below that, there is no machine to fix yet. Above it, the problem becomes political as much as operational.
